Join us this Saturday at 11:00 for an Outdoor Workout and Cold Plunge in Lucavsala – an invigorating experience that combines physical strength, breath control, and mental balance.

During the workout, we’ll strengthen the entire body through functional movements in the fresh air.
After the active part, you’ll enjoy a guided cold-water plunge that helps boost circulation, strengthen the nervous system, and recharge your energy for the rest of the day. ❄️????

This session is a chance to step outside your comfort zone, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself – both physically and mentally.
The workout is suitable for all fitness levels, and the trainer will help adjust the exercises to your individual pace.

Lucavsala green area by the water.

Meeting point:
We’ll meet at 10:30 at the VERDE office complex and head to Lucavsala together.
Please bring your towel, swimwear, warm clothes for after the plunge, and a positive mindset! ????
